Go to the physical store- to be safe
I got my Arket blazers from the physical shop, which I recommend, since they are VERY different compared to your normal European ones ( luckily not smaller, but bigger). Anyway, that's not such a big deal once you figure it out how they work.
After seeing some good wool ethical produced items ( that I also bought), I have to say I was thinking it will become one of my favourite shops, until I saw that the back of blazers colars are unfinished. I don't understand how is that acceptable. Also inside of pants are so unfinished they look like workers didn't have time to finish them. Definitely didn't get those tailored pants.
So I gave 3 stars because the materials + fit, design are very good. But the execution of the clothes was really bad quality due probably to reduced costs. You can see that the unfinished clothes are like that because they have to look like that, not as a mistake. Maybe Arket calls this "cool" but it's not. It looks like you paid 160 euros for an unfinished blazer/pants. Sets fashion quality standards super low. Also, I was trying some amazing looking skinny jeans and a part of it popped out ( metal part) while I was dressing them. So happy I saw that before buying them.
So altogether I would recommend Arket if:
- you get some properly finished products from them
- you study very much the quality ( materials, fastening, accessories, materials thickness)
- you shop only in the physical store, not online ( most products look amazing online and when you see them in real life they are sooo thin or unfinished)

Delivered to wrong address
The parcel was delivered to a completely different address, which I could see from the Evri delivery photo.
The “customer service” told me to go and collect it from the address, despite me not knowing where it was delivered. So, the item was NOT delivered to the address I provided at checkout and somehow that’s my problem to sort out.
I paid £5 delivery only for my parcel to be delivered to an incorrect address - awful customer service. I will not be buying from here again!

dreadful customer service
no customer service at all. My son purchased a gift card and was told in store that it could be spent on line. After numerous calls to customer services and raising a case with them. They said there is nothing they can do. I cannot spend the gift card and they couldn't be bothered to even make any efforts to rectify the issue. I would have accepted any offer of help. They just repeat 'nothing we can do'. I will never use them again.

Late. Late. Late.
Why on earth would you damage your reputation by using a company so inconsistently unreliable as Evri? Still waiting for either the arrival or an update...
Delivery took over 2 weeks.
Bought items online worth over £330. Was given an estimated timescale of 5-7 days. Called after 9 days and they advised it was 'business days' - despite their couriers (Evri) delivering on the weekend. Contacted again after it still hadn't arrived and wasn't given any help. Said I would note my experiences on trust pilot and was immediately called by a customer service rep and offered a massive 10% off my next shop. Never intend to use them again so won't be needing that. When companies like ASOS can guarantee next day delivery every time, why can't a global leader like H&M get online ordering remotely right?

PURCHASED ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS ON LINE AS A XMAS GIFT. UNFORTUNATELY WRONG SIZE! CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TO BE TOLD I COULD NOT RETURN IT BY POST. Ordered 10 days before Christmas as a…
Ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present for my brother, still not despatched. Called up multiple times and CS advisors claimed it would be despatched that day. Of course it wasn’t. Still no update, no email, no communication.
CS advisor I spoke to last was ridiculously rude, spoke over me etc.
I love Arket, but this is shameful.

Cool stuff and good customer service
I’m always happy with customer service I received at Arket shops in London. The sale assistants are polite, kind and helpful. I also made an order online and the delivery was fast! Clothes and home wear are good quality and cool so I’d recommend Arket.

DONT USE THIS WEBSITE
DONT USE THIS WEBSITE, worst customer service. Made an order 10days before XMAS and its not even been dispatched 7days later! Contacted customer service thru the web chat who basically said there's nothing they can do about, didn't know where my order was, just repeatedly told me will orders will be dispatched withing 48hrs...its been 7days FFS!

The company is advertising with fake…
The company is advertising with fake delivery days in regards to EU E-commerce rules.
The customer service seems to be pretty well-trained in delays from the company. They have a DHL Express service in check-out which has a fee, but they aren't interested in making up their mistakes when they can't deliver in time with Postnord.
Live-chat agents seems to be like robots.
Don’t waste your time/money
Placed order the Christmas Gifts on 15th December with the website stating 3-4 working days for delivery. (It’s now been changed to 5-6)
Receive email on 21st saying they are now preparing my order for dispatch - it’s taken 6 days to start to prepare my order! I was expecting the delays to be from the delivery company and not Arket. I now have to go and buy gifts elsewhere and will be returning this order when it arrives - why not just save everyone time and money and be clear that you’re not going to deliver it in 3-4, 5-6 or even 10-11 days.

A Christmas gift has been ready for collection for 16 days but not passed to delivery firm. I now see it’s out of stock so have cancelled to be told I have to wait a fortnight for my money to be refunded.
Utter incompetence verging on theft.
I will certainly not be attempting to buy anything of this second rate firm again

Ordered item for Express delivery- cost…
Ordered item for Express delivery- cost £10! To me Express means next day. Item NOT delivered next working day. Complaint via their webchat was a waste of time. This was my first order with them - and my last. Still waiting for item.

Evri and arket marriage made in hell…
Ok so it’s well known at the moment there are delays with parcels, however Arket customer service combined with evri is a disaster.
I ordered over Black Friday weekend and have received half my order but still no sign of the other half. This however appears good enough for arket who just say your order is complete despite the tracking showing that half of it is still with evri
Shame because product is lovely but if they cannot achieve pre Christmas delivery on items ordered in November then seems little point in shopping for gifts with them in the future.
